NHS Leadership

I have led multidisciplinary teams within NHS Trust settings, overseeing clinical services, workforce strategy and operational transformation. My focus has been on translating policy into measurable change while managing the realities of frontline delivery — workforce pressures, budget constraints, and cross-departmental complexity.

National Policy & Programme Work

I have contributed to national-level programmes across NHS England and Cabinet Office, working at the interface of policy design and system implementation. My role has focused on synthesising cross-sector insight and bridging the gap between high-level policy ambition and operational feasibility.

Advisory & Innovation

Alongside public sector roles, I advise on medical devices, AI integration, patient safety systems and health inequality innovations. My advisory work centres on implementation — ensuring that emerging technologies are aligned with governance, safety and frontline usability rather than remaining conceptual.

Clinical Foundation

I remain grounded in clinical pharmacy practice, maintaining a direct understanding of patient care and frontline realities that inform my broader systems perspective.
